@johnunderwood Lot of changes out there:  The NAR lawsuit ruling, the TCPA text law, SC double-close law and don't forget GA's new law banning direct mail RE solicitations unless it is clearly marked on the envelope, which means your expensive letter is most likely going directly into the trash can.

I’ve now spent the last 3 weeks trying to get an answer on how to get new keys and reimbursed for the mail key and entry keys which they also lost, but met with the run around or silence.

It's pretty much a war zone there and I've had to communicate mostly by e-mail and text as cell service is about non-existent, and all the roads are closed so there's no driving over there and no gas even if you did get there. 

In many syndications, this notice address would have both the direct mailing address of the syndicator and often a law firm that helped draft the documents.  

They typically mail out a small post card notifying you if the policy cancels or is non-renewed.  

Also,The tenant doesn't check his mail regularly, so I'm concerned he's unaware of the court date.
