My personal experience after 40 + years in the real estate industry is that “wholesaling” is a very INEFFICIENT AND INEFFECTIVE way to gain knowledge and experience relative to real estate.

Learn from your family and on your own by going to different meet-ups and having conversations with agents, other investors and anyone else in the industry to hear about their experiences.Make 2025 a year of planning and how you will go about that plan. 

It is a well established belief in the financial industry that there is an inherent conflict of interest when financial advisors are compensated on sales commission.
