A pet fee or rent may give someone the impression that "they already paid for the damage" so they're unwilling to prevent it.

I visited Atlanta many years ago and I knew this area had a lot of potential for appreciation (before I knew anything about real estate) - one suburb that I was really impressed by was Alpharetta.

Their impression was that most of the short-term rentals operating in the city aren't doing it legally.

Right now, this figure is holding steady at an impressive 97.1%.

You get one first impression so make sure he knows you want to purchase.

SO, so far (and it has been two days), I am not impressed.  

My initial impression is it wouldn’t be a great market to invest in.
