Zach, if you see the icon that looks like a bell next to your profile picture (top right), there should be a dropdown where you can set up keyword alerts. 

@Adam Pickett, when you click profile from the dropdown in the top right, and then hover over the icon, does it not say "update your profile photo"?

You can click on the attach icon and open a copy of the tenant's lease, or the vendor's invoice, or the picture of his workQuickBooks also has a really impressive capability to produce nearly any kind of report you'd need. 

You’ll have a little Cozy icon on on your home screen, and you’ll only have to login once every 6 months.
