Younger millennials, while they may have piles of student loans with low wages, I find would rather rent in places like downtown or near centralized shopping/restaurant areas than buy somewhere they don't want to live.

Yeah..ok...And all teachers should have kids first...All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....I get your point..... it would be great if every realtor had to have real life home ownership under their belt, so they have that BTDT experience..... but not gonna happen

I can go in and out of a restaurant.

Boring people who order Broccoli and Chicken when they go to Chinese restaurant.

Good restaurants, parks, shopping...general things to do?

They're targeting credit card companies, banks, hotels, airlines, utility providers, food delivery service, restaurants, auto dealers, event ticketing companies, and last but not least, property management companies.

I became a landlord by default 10 years ago when I bought a restaurant with attached rental properties ... which I have since sold. 

Thursday nights are usually good as restaurants aren't overly crowded.

A way I came up with is my family owns a small restaurant and a majority of our clientele are older people.
