Is there any way to fix a legal description in the title abstract? 

The legal description of the lot states these 4 townhouses are 1 legal property (they are NOT platted as 4 separated properties).The realtor I use to appraise the property claim that I would maximize the sales price if I had the re-platted as 4 different legal properties.

Your listing should reflect what you actually offer both in photos and descriptions and you should communicate authentically and as frequently as is right for the guest.

Save your money on the listing and pay a flat-fee listing agent to put it in MLS (WITH PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AND A GOOD AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION) and then pay 3% to the agent who brings you a buyer.

Assuming you didn't need to have a geographic job, your goal financially would be living as cheap as possible while renting as high as possible while realizing the highest appreciation as possible.
