I would spend $200 on a laptop that needed a $25 part, then sell it for $450 easily.

I go down to do my load of laundry, and the washer is finicky (the dial is hard to use), but it works. 

I've had best results using BP on my laptop, or using Chrome on my phone.

Good luck--Steve title companies these days can get real finicky about do it your self deeds and recordings unless the person is VERY well known to the title company..   

We run everything on QB, my admin has access to my bank accounts (yes, scary at first, but limited abilities) to reconsile accounts with cards and expenses and puts an updated copy of QB on my laptop remotley once a month, so it's there when I need it. 

They sip kerosene, but can be finicky to operate.
