New blood in the forum is always exciting.. what's your top strategy for finding hidden deals?

Account Closed Hi Rhonda, If honest I spent about $8,000, some say its a lot, (my parents did) some say its small when compared to many programs out there, either way I took a leap of faith and saw the potential it had for my future.  

This specific tenant is in a program so the longer they take to send me the document, the chances of issues coming about is higher.

@Les Jean-Pierre Had Section 8 tenants and got a bunch of energy upgrades through a state program.

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

I joined their Academy program and took their advise to start investing while continuing to learn from the lessons in the Academy.
