Having a keyword rich domain could help with SEO, but if your only domain is going to be something like sellmyhomefastforcashindallas.com, that's definitely not professional in my opinion.

I am completely shocked how Brian's situation mirrors mine identically.The job, that friggin cubicle, the not knowing how to start even when some guru's video package I paid 500 dollars for breaks it down "step by step", something obviously is missing.I posted my own posts begging for clarity and for guidance, but I realized (and I bet everyone that replied too) that the more replies I got the more questions sprouted.I wanted a list of steps:"go to godaddy, and by a domain name""walk to your car, open the door, get in and drive to xxx st and post a flyer there... and there.. and there"."

.- Purchased domain names; two for buyer squeeze pages, two for seller squeeze pages, one for LLC.- Set up Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+ for the LLC.- Followed more than 500 other people (on each social networking platform) who work in real estate, most in REI.- Began preliminary work on creating all five websites (focusing on the buyer squeeze pages, so I can gather a solid buyers list before putting a property under contract) but it turns out that I'm not too good at the technical side of things, so I think I'm going to hire someone on Fiverr to put everything together.
