Realtor expertise in Austin?

Hello All, My partner and I are interested in hearing from a few experienced realtors with regards to a niche to the real estate market. Our concept is specifically focused on ADUs in the Austin area and we need to learn from realtors for future assistance with MLS buy/sell listings, land acquisitions and sales support for tiny and small houses. We want to connect to the right individuals who focus on territory in Austin near the Domain. Interested candidates may come to see the Proof Of Concept to learn more and or to brainstorm. We are thinking the commissions will be 4,000-$6,000 per sale based upon a $50,000 sales price and or $70,000 for complete development services. We are looking for ideas and making new passionate people involved with small house solutions. Do you know if a realtor would be interested in selling micro houses if the volume is higher than traditional houses and the commissions are good?
