Someone who has made money in flipping could give you countless more (fast money, easy to partner, looks cool, etc) .

This was after countless phone calls, their staff saying "the water usage stays with the house through settlement", etc.Start with the dispute, fill out an informal hearing request, then wait.

I've watched countless videos on YouTube with Grant Cardone and many other big time real estate investors but I'm still in that stage where I feel like I don't quite know enough to approach my first deal confidently.

.), but I have had some real challenges such as just yesterday had a tenant OD (and pass away) in a unit, as well as not one but two kidnappings last summer, a tenant who’s son got shot in the face in the parking lot, some stabbings, countless fights and arguments and cops at the building and of course the missed rent payments (tenant portion of course which is only $50-100), and much higher turnover rate than my non-section 8 units just because folks who can’t afford rent generally have less stable lives and move/ are involved in crime/ go to jail/ fall off the wagon/ have incidents of domestic violence/ revert to homelessness etc. more often than other tenant classes.

I worked countless jobs until I was able to quit my FT job and pursue real estate full time!

I have more free time then I would like, so I spend countless hours browsing the internet to find blogs, books, videos, and discussion forums to learn from.

If wholesaling did not make you any money why are there countless of wholesaling businesses that are making a  killing without selling courses?!

I'm from NY originally, still have relatives in Jersey, knew a few wise guys and spent countless nights at the Bada Bing. ;)Anyway, at first blush that deal doesn't sound enticing enough to do a sandwich lease. 

I only went through the Morris Invest website to get this discount.SIDENOTE: I personally would never use Morris Invest to buy investment properties because of the countless horror stories I’ve read about the company here on BiggerPockets and various YouTube videos.
