they are a credit tenant and as such we can kinda throw that weight around to take first position in cases sometimes, but for the most part its an exceptionally competitive asset class for the end user, ie me the tenant rep, to find space and get into ahead of the competition.

Has anyone here figured out how to better automate the bill input into Baselane? 

We like the short-term rental idea because we could stay at the property ourselves when we want - summer break, spring/winter breaks, etc.Our budget will be right around $1M or less ideally, and we would like a short distance to the ocean.How likely is it that we could find a property as described above and have it cover or come close to covering the mortgage? 

I bought 6 unit property in Wildwood,NJ,in November 2024, doing rehab now,  should be done by May 2025I am planning to subdivide 6 unit building to 6 separate condos and sell fall 2026, , if there are any experts in 1...

They batch the deposits together and you have to go deep into the program to determine which tenant made the payment, that was deposited into your account.
