I would recommend calling a few/several that are frequent contributes here on BP such as @Dmitriy Fomichenko (who I used) @Brian Eastman @Carl Fischer and others (you can tell from their 'signatures' who they are) and see who is the best fit.

Also, based on location and size, I'm assuming the purchase is well under the $1.5mm threshold for FinCen, so the SCorp members wouldn't have to reveal themselves, although I doubt they're trying to hide their identity like some foreign billionaire or something.

Does this mean that those notes are being sold by the banks as a pool to the highest (I'd imagine billionaire) bidder who then plays middle-man and sells them off as he/she sees fit?
