Detroit, Toledo, Indianapolis Real Estate Investing
I currently live in Rhode Island but I am very interested in the Detroit, Toledo and Indianapolis markets. Are there any agents or property management companies that have info on these markets. Please let me know. Thanks!

I can't speak for the other markets, but Detroit is heating up. Although I would hardly call it "a hot market". I think if done right buying in Detroit could be a great investment that sees lots of cash flow and appreciation over the next decade. But if done wrong you could very easily lose all of your capital.
