I can look to see if there are bars on windows, graffiti everywhere, how well people care for their lawns, etc.

Things like this about Scott have been coming out at an accelerated rate behind the scene so it was just a matter of time till the wheels came off if it continued and were not fixed.

That is a pretty low bar to clear.

It's certainly not this way everywhere, but it my city it's a very different scene than what I was used to.
