On a duplex build, you want a contractor that is in the know enough to call you and say "Hey, we can save 10% on this material order if we use equivalent product A vs product B, here are the pros and cons, which do you prefer?"

My Addressable Market (excluding bank owned REO and courthouse acquisitions) was defined roughly as: single family (type & use and land class fields) residential, built before 1978 (year built field), held by owner for 10 years or more (pkg date field) with assessed value under $125K (bldg AV and land AV fields), with out of town owners (owner city field and physical city field).

Check around see how much is the central AC affect the rental demand .in some area having AV or central Ac doesn't really affect much on how much rent you are getting..
