Yes the Class feature Cost a bit extra which is a bummer bet the support for it is amazing, and it is easy to allow access for Tax Accountants to pull the reports they need rather than my clients playing middleman. 

@Tyler Garza a couple of ways of accessing wholesale lists is going to Facebook groups and searching for wholesale groups or real estate investing groups for the area you want to invest in.

I don't think its fair for you to say they are making money without it as I doubt you have access to their books. 

Context matters: for some apartment buildings that compete head to head with a very similar property just down the street, this may be a good strategy.We rent premium single family homes and I have never offered an incentive.

I don't care if I'm ahead or behind of anyone else because my goals are not relative to anyone else's progress.I get your point that staying active keeps your skills sharp and that if you're active when others aren't you will have access to opportunities that they do not.

The place I have is over 30 years old and a mansion ("mansion" in Japan means an apartment, not "mansion" like a huge house).
