They view society as owing them housing food cars phones health care etc just because they can still fog a mirror .they are supposedly destitute yet magically have enough money for lotto tickets , 8$ a pack cigarettes, and alcohol .

No excuse to not pay you , dont they have money for cigarettes cell phones alcohol eating out dog food etc .. geez it’s only been a a couple weeks and they are already planning to stiff you ?

I dont see what the issue is if he is just in that field but agree it would be an issue if growing it at homeI wouldn't want an alcohol still in my rental but could care less if someone is in liquor sales.

As long as there’s still divorce death sickness poverty alcoholism drugs and job loss etc.. there will always be deals to be made from distressed sellers
