My wife and I own three rentals but wish to delve into new REI venues

Arlington has an Improv Comedy venue, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, AT&T stadium (home of the Cowboys), a Dave & Busters and lots of beautiful communities/neighborhoods. 

All you see is that fans and admirers call you praising you and they are honored you took their call and thank you for it.This is the EXACT opposite with other marketing venues, and no matter how hard you try to explain this to others they will NEVER have a clue till they experience this for themselves.

Cost/lead means nothing.You need to figure out the cost /deal for your market, for your marketing venue (DMM).Based on the cost/deal... you figure out how much money and thus how many mailers you need to send to reach that goal.So it has nothing to do with your budget.

THey keep seeing my ads, they keep seeing my success, my students success and that motivates them... eventually.Most people use ONE marketing venue and when they use multiple venues they treat them all as individual entities. 

I have more my goals by 40: 7M in RE w/ 4M in equity: 4M now w/ 3M equity, purchase more RE / partner 20k in passive mo. income; 10k now, wedding venues and SRTs to bring it there 150/hr income; finish spec writing course & freelance at $150/hr 

I am bashing other marketing venues because THOUSANDS of investors every month come to me telling me how this DMM company scammed them, how this cold calling methods robbed them of their money, and people like you keep lying and promoting those ridiculous methods and the ONLY people being successful are YOU the ones that collect money from these people promising them that DMM WILL get them leads and deals.

I second having it in Vegas....warm weather, plenty of venues, plenty of hotel rooms, and who doesn't a vacation in Vegas?

If yes to any of them, as owners have you ever just walked into the venue and do/eat whatever you want and just say "I own this place" :)
