It is likely the number one reason for reviews that are not 5 stars.  

It got great reviews and everyone said it's working for them.

Does that inconvenience cause them to ding you when they leave a review? 

If you are really in Portland, you're going to have to really review the eviction requirements because it's known as a tenant-friendly locale. 

It never ceases to amaze us how at one for example, we peak at $400/night with solid 5 star reviews.

The problem is that most sellers aren't comfortable reviewing purchase and sale agreements.

They will show the property, send applications, review them, and review the applicants with you, and draft a lease and any necessary local docs needed for rentals.
