One thought I've entertained, is possibly including something about if they recipient doesn't meet the profile, but are interested in still selling their property, that we are professional realtors and can assist them with that as well.

But there is a nice large community kitchen in the hallway with a 70" TV and couches set up for entertaining guests.  

Usually when a seller wants to sell he wants to SELL and won't entertain efforts involved for a lease purchase.

There is a wealth of information given out for free each week from Josh, Brandon, and their weekly guests, and they always seem to keep it very entertaining as well.

Hello everyone, not long ago I was reading a BP forum about screw ups and it was both entertaining and learning.

I don't think any banks that I've worked with at least would entertain that type of an arrangement without some sort of portfolio behind it.

And I would argue, likely lower expenses and less headaches.I think the best bet would be pulling a Donald Trump and getting in on an entertainment / casino / development deal.
