I am trying to really get started here in the Dallas market, which, is very competitive.

Here in Dallas Fort Worth January is the slowest. 

they were super famous for doing this in Dallas in the go go years.. their agents are basically new and taught the hard sell. 

We use a broker in TN and one in Dallas.

I am looking 4-plex mainly but I can duplex’s too  in Dallas and it’s subrb. 

I currently have two mid term rentals I have been renting out in Dallas for several years now, and find myself having issues with one of my renters. 

Even if Dallas or Houston were overbuilt, it has no effect on Beeville since renters and supply are very local.  

Universal Studios Kids Park will open in 2026 - 10 mins away drive (3.8 miles) away from this rental property.What are your thoughts on house appreciation if you are a Dallas / Texas RE investor?
