Can anyone recommend a good property manager in the Boynton, West Palm, Boca area?

Some will have extremely low cap rates, due to appreciation anticipation ;Boca)....others shaky areas will have little appreciation potential.  

For example a market like Boca Raton you'd be spending a lot more as the average house here is almost $300k+

go big or go home...The 23-year-old has moved into an empty $2.5 million mansion in a posh Boca Raton neighborhood, using an obscure Florida real estate law to stake his claim on the foreclosed waterside property.The police can't move him.

I know Boca is pricey however, with 3 colleges, great schools and good press Boca's property values stay high.

Naples is like the Boca Raton of the west coast and nice also, but expensive.

The east coast of FL ( Miami,Ft.Laud,Boca,W.Palm) was probably the first to take off around 2002, the west coast started moving a year or two later.
