Where in south florida should i invest?

So im just wondering, from lets say palm beach county down to Miami dade county. What are the best areas to buy rental properties. Can you list areas or even maybe some zip codes? Thank you everyone!

I am new to BP live in Hollywood which is a great city however not so great for finding deals at least that is what I see.  Brandon says look for destressed properties but in my zipcode there aren't actually.  Would really like to get into duplex, triplex, four plex and like the OP asks where are good areas for those.  And is there a BP broward county meet up?

I know Boca is pricey however, with 3 colleges, great schools and good press Boca's property values stay high. Therefore most investors get a good return and long term tenants.  There are multiple options and price points.  Message me for more details

@Rolando Caceres obviously alot of that depends on the cash on cash return you are looking for.  Unfortunately, even without knowing that I would say there isn't any best areas in the area range you listed.

I started investing out of state last year and have sold off some of my FL properties.

If you really want to grab stuff here lake park and riviera offer the best returns, just be careful with many of the neighborhoods in the latter.

Otherwise, off market deals in places like Lauderdale, which usually means some extensive rehab thus the discounted price.

All of this is doable, just a ton of work and prospecting.
