Not only that, they most likely have food items and medicine that need to be wasted unless they consume them all or take it with them during their brief "vacation".How would you compensate your tenants?

Think maybe loaning him money is helping him avoid the real medicine that he needs to take.If I loan on the commercial we might get into that SAFE nonsense.

Lastly you can act like a 12 year old when you are corrected or you can take your medicine like an adult.

Think about the assembly line, transportation, medicine and vaccines, the Internet, etc -- these are all massive innovation drivers that created millions of jobs and generated huge economic booms in this country for the past 100 years.Innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum...innovation is kick-started through education and research.

It isn't "hard" in the way construction or medicine is hard, but you will have time when it drains you.  

Exercise is the best medicine.

You would have far to many specialist would not work.Think of a Doctor... they have to know all about medicine then they can go into a specialty that may or may not ever involved what they learned in med school.Same thing in my mind..
