So I have been listening to these podcast for past 4 months on land investing (land flipping): 1) The Retipster podcast (Seth Williams)  2) Art of Passive Income Podcast (with Mark Podolsky- Land Geek)  3) The Forever Cash Life Real Estate Investing Podcast (Jack & Michelle).    

@Joey Cornelio definitely "rich dad poor Dad" if you haven't read it yet and also Donald Trumps "the art of the deal" are both fantastic books that can get you motivated and dedicated to real estate.

The style is Prairie school/Arts and Crafts, 20+ windows for each of the two apartments, which each measure 1760 ft2 with an additional  880ft2 of storage space for each apartment in the basement.

I have for the past 4 months studied the art of wholesale now I feel like I m ready to get out there and make some offers.
