I want to connect with investor friendly RE brokers/agents, wholesalers/bird dogs, fix/flip investors and rehabbers doing business in Santa Clara County, Alameda County, Solano County or Sacramento counties. 

You might start out as a bird dog at first and bring them some solid leads and take a small finders commission to build the relationship, and then ask to work with them on a deal you bring them to learn hands on.

They can help you compile market data quickly, educate you on the market and also bird dog for investments that fit your criteria.

An investor out of my area reached out to me after seeing my AD on Craigs list about wholesaling and bird dogging .

From my perspective, "bird dogging" for someone in my area would be ideal - I think if I knew what an investor wanted and where, I could find it for them.

I've networked with a few investors in town and pretty much explained to them I would be there bird dog as long as they walk me through my first few deals.
