  I've been listening to the podcasts recently and was reminded to introduce myself to the community. I created my account a while back, but never got to it. So here I am!

  I'm a real estate investor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I want to connect with investor friendly RE brokers/agents, wholesalers/bird dogs, fix/flip investors and rehabbers doing business in Santa Clara County, Alameda County, Solano County or Sacramento counties. I'm currently looking for pocket listings and off market deals to to fix and flip. I am looking for serious individuals who want to partner together and look for opportunities for the BOTH OF US to succeed in the real estate business.
