Improper or no drainage system can result in condensate penetrating your window sill/trim and/or leaking to the interior of your structure ultimately causing extensive wood rot and other water related damages.

We simply removed the awnings, repainted the trim, removed the chain link fence, power washed the wooden fence, pruned and shaped all the trees, and hired a lawn care service to get the lawn back in shape.

In the last photo, it looks like the crown molding has significant damage at the top of the right end of trim.

If NO basement, what is potential damage...proper extraction, sanitation, removal/drying of walls and trim, personal property, etc.

Spent the day today with my wife shopping for light fixtures, door hardware, tile for the bathroom and other random items.Cabinets/doors/door frames and trim are officially painted.

So I found this property and they are asking 60k they have done some work but I guess the people that bought the property don’t have time to continue the rehab they added new siding new windows and they did some work inside plumbing and electrical but it still needs floors new doors a new furnace paint the exterior/interior new trim kitchen cabinets& new fencing.The houses around there are selling for 80k.

I am getting rid of the lead based paint trimmed windows and putting in new double pane windows. 

Basic design suggests a Base color and a contrasting Trim color. 

The renovations will cost between $40-50k and are mostly maintenance/cosmetic (roof, add AC, flooring, counter tops, paint, trim, doors, etc.).

This could include trimming or removing the trees to prevent them from causing damage/injury.
