Advice on first flip

So I found this property and they are asking 60k they have done some work but I guess the people that bought the property don’t have time to continue the rehab they added new siding new windows and they did some work inside plumbing and electrical but it still needs floors new doors a new furnace paint the exterior/interior new trim kitchen cabinets& new fencing.The houses around there are selling for 80k. What is the best offer you think I should give them it’s also my first flip I can tell it’s going to take 15k of more work.
