If the idea that PMs are bad didn't get so prolific by accident.

She doesn't have accidents in the house either.

Also note that if I get into a accident with a commercial vehicle and I'm doing non commercial stuff they probably wont cover it.

Real life personal storyI lost my index finger in a table saw accident on 6/12/15.

Any accidents due to negligence will fall back on the property owner whos name on the title.

Dinner at Mavro's or Sasabune is on me after :) I retired as Pilot in Command this year.. 40 years no accidents thought it best to go out on a high note.. when you do have an ut oh in small private aviation if it does not kill you it maims you pretty good.. other than hanger rash type things..

Surprise it is losing you money you just don't see it yet.Many investors start by accident and like you the vast majority do not make money because they are poor options as a rental.
