You run into the occasional doctor or dentist that buys a property that they can't handle (due to time and distance) and just want to get out of but it is rare and the apartment brokers typically have a long list of buyers that will snatch up any decent deal.

I'll let a doctor move in early who has great credit, ability to pay, has reserves, I know the can qualify for a loan, and they a much less likely to cause some fuss or run and hide from financial demands.
