Third, I don’t follow subscribed made up rules, but I can tell you that I’ve bought plenty of 4/2s in Austin, Dallas, and many other markets for less than $100k.  

Also, AgentPro's filtering system was broken for the entire six weeks I was a subscriber, so even though I checked the box to exclude LLCs, my list was full of LLCs. 

I have subscribed to it in itunes and listen to several a day.  

Do you subscribe to the lies and deceit of "subject to my partners approval" or the 60 day "inspection period" BS...AKA weasel clauses?
