Very important that you ask this question.When walking through the property, Look for a functional layout, Roof condition, Type of plumbing  Galvanized, Copper, plastic?  

I have several mobile homes on private land and they have appreciated more than my stick built homes.It is true that some mobile homes are built with cheap fixtures like plastic faucets, thin plastic tubs, cheap cabinets ext.

I am renting out some open space for stockpiling shingles and roof wrap, ice and snow guard, drip edge, coil nails, and plastic caps. 

Here in Tampa there's always one at least every day Mon-Fri around 6-7ish pm until whatever time, and some early in the morning like 9am..but most people are at work during that time..another website is REIClub.com, or best of all..just Google "Real Estate Investing Group or Association in Tampa, FL..BAM!

I'd likely be able to drive down for a Fri or Sat evening event.
