Newbie From North Hollywood, CA
Hello,
I am relatively new to BP. I am based in North Hollywood, CA. I have been doing real estate for a short while now. Prior to real estate I was in film/ tv production since 2008. I have gotten several things under contract(in various states) but have yet to get anything closed. I am looking to meet new people and connect with other investors inside and out of my area. I am currently attempting to wholesale but eventually would like to make the leap to holding (affordable) single family homes or du/tri/fourplexes. My first buy and hold investments will most likely be out of state as CA is expensive to purchase in. I am leaning for certain areas possibly in MI, NC, FL, OH, NV, AZ, or TX. Thoughts?
I am looking forward to buying apartment complexes with value-add potential increasing their value then flipping them. My ultimate goal would be to own multiple (100+ unit) multi-family properties all across the country. (Think Irvine Company in Orange County,CA, but all across the US.) Ambitious.. I know. lol
I am also a fan of development. Someday I would like to have the capitol and connections to master-plan and develop a city similar to Donald Bren's Mission Viejo in Orange County, CA.
I am all about getting deals done and having win/win/win situations.
I look forward to working and learning with all of you!!
:-)
