In series also eliminates any issues of balancing the outputs from the tanks as required by code.Good advice is when adding a 2nd heater no matter how you do it, to have it plumbed with a by-pass, so that if one heater dies you by-pass it and can replace it at your leisure.

The biggest sectors of Philadelphia's economy are education and healthcare, so with its close proximity to both UPenn and Drexel, and an easy commute into center city; I see it as a desirable place to live, that will always have student rental demand and can cash flow reasonably from day 1(although you may need to look on the outskirts a bit).

We are debasing the value of the debt we owe to our creditors, slowing the Chinese economy (detering imports), promoting exprots and our manufacturing sector - which we desperately need and encouraging investment rather than saving.It also makes foreign direct investment in the US more attractive to overseas investors rahter than buying our debt.The dollar will likely decrease further and remain low for sometime but it will come back.
