The listing agent told me to include an invoice form of repairs with my offer under asking. 

My insurance agent said they sent them an invoice but haven't heard anything back.

It is common for vendors to invoice us 2-4 weeks after work and then we issue payment in roughly 2 weeks turnaround so most of our bills don't process through to owner statements for 30-60 days.

It's great for invoicing and collecting rent.

The attorney forwarded an invoice for mailings and publication service.

What tools are you going to utilize to document invoices and expenses?

I am wondering if I can create an invoice where all they would have to do is sign ? 

Many claim they do not charge a markup, but then aren't transparent with invoices, etc. 1) If a PMC charges $x hourly, their markup is built into that hourly rate as they are NOT paying their workers that hourly rate.2) Many PMC's send you ONLY their invoice, or from their wholly owned maintenance company, not the underlying invoices from Home Depot and contractors.

Ask to see invoices paid of any work done to the park in the past few years.
