The cost savings has allowed us to put together properties with even higher renovation standards than before (new kitchens, tiled backsplash, stainless appliances, granite countertops, completely gutted and redone bathrooms) while still having many homes in the $82,000-$99,000 range.

Hmm 1200 sqft is a pretty big condo on the beach.As I am currently doing a remodel myself I'll give you my take:Demolition and Disposal - 500 - 1500ripping and diposing out of old carpetripping and disposing of old kitchen cabinets & fixturesripping and disposing of old bathroom fixturesripping and disposing of old baseboardsInstalling tile for 1320 sqft (1200 + 120) (10% for overage) - 5K (assume 4 per/sqft for install labor only)Kitchen Remodel (varies how many cabinets or if changing kitchen layout  etc) - 4K in labor especially in upscale high riseBathroom remodel (varies on layout and type of fixtures or changes to wetwork) - 2K in laboYeah so altogether you might see yourself spending 13K in labor not counting supplies, tile, fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry, countertops etc.Hope that helpsJason

Painted 100% of the interior and exterior window trim, replaced the front door, added tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen, painted bathroom vanity and replaced all fixtures, put in new quartz countertops on original cabinets, all new light fixtures, door knobs and handles throughout.
