Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Shawboro.

Purchase price: $118,000

This property was purchased in April of 2022 with some work to be done on it. We updated all of the appliances, added more kitchen cabinets and countertop space, and gave it some new paint.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The real estate argent was Amy Spillman whom I would highly recommend!
The property management company used for this property is T&H Realty and they were able to find a tenant within a month or so.
