-LLC or entity set up in US-US bank account holding your money for investments-Personal TIN number (tax identification number) (obtained thru the IRS)-Establishing credit thru this TIN number (usually the easiest route is to get a secured credit card, it will take making 4-6 months before credit score is established) -As a Foreign national you'll also be restricted to lower LTV's-also a lot of times they want to see at least one property owned in the US.
