I have been hesitant in the past because I wanted to gain experience myself before taking any one else’s dough but they are persistent so its got me thinking lately if I am passing on an opportunity to accelerate towards financial independence.

I've been reaching out to various investors, offering lunch/coffee, and actually found an experienced investor on this site who is willing to partner on some deals, so just be persistent, and look for people who are doing what you want to do.Also, get a job, and put some money in savings before you do anything else.

All are motivated at some point in their life, but the reach challenge is keep moving forward and be persistent in winter as well as summer.

Having consistent and persistent action is the key.

Keep in mind, nothing comes easy and nothing comes quick - it will take time and persistance so just keep at it.

To my knowledge, I'll have to make a ton of phone calls and send lots of postcards and emails & stay persistent to find motivated cash buyers, but i need to know what happens next.

If it was easy everyone would be doing it,  Just stay persistent and keep fishing you will find the lenders, just like when you find the deals to buy.
