We are largely dependent on lower wage employment like hospitality/restaurant and tourism so many of those people that do own will be in trouble and likely go into foreclosure or do loan mods which will also get them in trouble down the line. 

-The Lender says we can apply for a Loan Mod again.

I will post a link to an article by American Pension Services that goes through all of this if I can get the blessing from the mods on the forum.

@Jose Baeza  the mods are going to move your posts over to the pro section.you can't blantantly advertise what you do on the public forum side .Also it sounds like your one of the many that pops on Bp each week touting the exact same thing..

I used to post links to it as a courtesy to newbies bc it’s extremely helpful, but I’ve been asked by BP mods not to link to it any more (they thought I was getting paid a referral fee to recommend that data set but I wasn’t, I just recommended it bc it’s soooo helpful!).

They think/believe a loan mod is possible but they are up for options3.)
