Hi my name is Derrick Thomas from Shreveport, Louisiana. I learned of bigger pockets from the pod cast researching REI online. Love everything about it. REI has been on the front of my mind for a number of years. I finally became an investor with my first property 8 months ago. Working on my next property now. I am looking to buy and hold SFR and multi family homes. My goal is to get to 25 properties in the next 5 years so I can get out of the car business and spend more time with my family.
