I have some decisions to make and I need to start out-sourcing and/or hiring some help.

Goals for 20141) Make $300,000 in residential real estate sales commission2) Purchase my first rental investment property, which would be student housing, walking distance from University of Washington, right around the $1,000,000 price range by the end of 2014.3) Make my online presence perfect by hiring a solid digital marketing team4) Begin to outsource certain parts of my business to a virtual assistant, for things like data entry.5) Keep my grades up above a 3.5 GPA6) Read at least 10 real estate/ business related books to further my knowledge7) Go Pro on Bigger Pockets by the end of 20148) Make my direct mail marketing system flawless

Also, would it cost a lot more to outsource the letters or should I just handwrite all of them?

Have you thought about outsourcing this and not spending your time doing the letters?

Some people like specific areas and will compile their Penn, but that's a lot of work and you will likely be better off outsourcing list generation.

Are you handling the calls yourself or are you outsourcing them?

Don't outsource what you can easily do yourself.

Either have staff perform or outsource.

We have been doing this a couple nights a week, not too bad and you save *some* costs.I would definitely call around local shops if I planned to outsource this work in the future, nothing better than supporting a local business if the price is right.
