Florida got hammered in the recession as well, so it seems like property values are still struggling in some areas to creep back up.

You will be hard pressed to find a BP member down there, thats an old boys club, and they will hammer you hard when they realize you arent in their club, that you dont have the money to hang in there.

Negative about it is I think the mechanical may be junk. they started jack hammering up around perimeter or basement for drain tile Positive all walls are exposed so i can update all electrical and plumbing.

I am under contract for a multi-family in Pawtucket, RI and we are hammering out the details post-inspection.
