I immediately ordered a new one today, but it won't be delivered until mid-July because just like everything else, there's a supply shortage.  

Particularly in our current housing shortage, with builders not building low end homes...we should not be forcing the price points of houses up to force on the consumer something that should be a choice.  

MTR on the Oregon Coast in general can be highly lucrative due to the general housing shortage.

I don’t want to discourage you by any means because I believe we are still generally experiencing a housing shortage in Chico but I guess these are factors I’d want to know about the area near the school.  

There is a sever shortage of rentals midway between Toledo & Ann Arbor.

Only problem I’m seeing is a shortage of 4bd cabins on the market at this point.I’ve read through the other posts here and there on the forum and appreciate the knowledge shared.
