It's a great solid building but the main issue has always come down to water usage. 

I also have a theory that as drone usage becomes more pervasive people will not feel the need to buy in the city to gain access to urban services (e.g., Amazon fresh/prime/etc.).I am not beating the drum for a housing crash.

@Amber Gonion – I can see how you may find it inappropriate that people assume they can do a better job PM’ing when that’s not their business.

Still, easiest way would be to own under your name and bill the company a per mile cost for usage by using a device like Automatic, which can track every single trip you take and using IFFTT, it can export it into a Google spreadsheet for you to hand to your accountant. 

I think if you call the utility companies they can give you an average monthly bill based on the previous years usage.

I suspect the smell upstairs was from the usage not the growing.  

But it seems to be a commonly used term in practice and we may as well get familiar with its usage and meaning.

Would the builder know what would be the best usage or would that be like asking the barber if I need a haircut?
