I also have a theory that as drone usage becomes more pervasive people will not feel the need to buy in the city to gain access to urban services (e.g., Amazon fresh/prime/etc.).I am not beating the drum for a housing crash.

Still, easiest way would be to own under your name and bill the company a per mile cost for usage by using a device like Automatic, which can track every single trip you take and using IFFTT, it can export it into a Google spreadsheet for you to hand to your accountant.

I think if you call the utility companies they can give you an average monthly bill based on the previous years usage.
