On a side note, such "good" debt is not always in monetary term:  in the province of Québec (and others) here in Canada, the government will pay a aspiring doctor's medical school tuition in exchange for 5-8 years of service in a rural or remote community upon graduation.  

I have a good friend who is a Doctor and wants to get in the game.

Most succesful people here really love what they do no matter the long hours, hard work or disappointments.But this will be true of any person succesful in his or her field be it doctor, lawyer, artist, carpenter, or whatever.They do what they love and love what they do and the natural result is 'success'.You'll know when you're on the right path.

You can verify with the doctor's script, but there is no legally defined certification of training for animals, especially ESA, if the tenant says I feel better with Fido,  that's all the need to say.
