A few weeks pass by and she called me and said that she was moving out because the place was still infested and she has doctors letters and pictures of Fleas going inside her ears and mouth.

I have known professionals; nurses, doctors, lawyers who live in absolute squalor and people on section 8 and welfare whose place you can eat off their floor and never cause any raucous.

I know medical doctors that will tell you their parents are let down by their accomplishments. 

Here in PA the LLC application paperwork specifically states that you can’t use ‘engineer, realty, doctor, and other professions requiring licensing (unless you have the license of course)It looks like TN doesn’t have that same requirement!?

The tenant (doctor), who is new and has only been there for a month, has hinted that he feels I should continue to provide this service at my expense.

Hi all ,My daughter slip and fall and got fracture on her hand .The doctor we visit give me attorney number to sue the owner or city since she fall on the side walk which is there is un-even street level.Attorney I talk to say we might sue the city or home owner.Being landloard myself , I really don’t want to do it , but the other hand it was because on un-even street.

I only had one unit damaged, I called daddy, who was a doctor, and he said "no problem, I;m sorry that happened, have it fixed and send me the bill" Now, how hard is that?
