Renting to a bartender?
Hi all. Anyone ever have a bartender as a tenant? If so, how were they as far as being a good tenant was concerned? They cause any issues for other tenants, for example coming home late, making noise at 3am and bothering tenants below, having people come over late at night, etc? I am not interested in the affordability factor, as I require everything (income, etc) to be documented, etc. Just looking for some insight. Thanks.
